Abtus Healthcare, a healthcare staffing division of Abtus Global LLC (“Abtus Healthcare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information of candidates, applicants, employees, clients, prospective clients, website visitors and others who interact with our services.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone or mobile number, address, employment history, resume/CV information, education and professional qualifications, skills, certifications, licenses and professional credentials, work authorization where applicable, references, interview and screening information, job application information, staffing requirements and other information you voluntarily provide.

We may also automatically collect IP address, browser/device information, operating system, pages visited, referring website, visit date/time and general website usage information.

SMS and Text Messaging Privacy

If you provide a mobile number and separately opt in to SMS/text messages, we may send recruitment/job opportunity notifications, candidate communications, interview reminders, application/onboarding updates, staffing-related notifications and other communications described at the time of consent. Message frequency may vary and message/data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data or messaging consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information as necessary to facilitate SMS delivery.

Where SMS consent is requested through a website form, the SMS consent checkbox is separate from acceptance of this Privacy Policy and any Terms & Conditions. SMS consent is voluntary and is not automatically assumed merely because you provide your phone number.
